SHORT SEASON LEASE:

Hunt Whitetails the month of SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER & NOVEMBER and DECEMBER, JANUARY, APRIL & MAY.

ALL INCLUSIVE NON-GUIDED AND GUIDED hunts that includes very nice lodging for up to 12 persons (Main Ranch) & 14 persons ( North Ranch) at a time and full kitchens.

Short term Early season lease:

Sept., Oct. & Nov. $64,900 OR

Short Term Late season lease:

Dec., Jan., April and May for Turkey & Exotics $62,900.

HARVEST QUOTA:

Short Term Lease animal quota: 6 Trophy whitetail Bucks that score between 160” and 205” (released annually from our deer pens). 5 Whitetail management bucks (score up to 145”). 3 Axis Trophy Bucks. 1 Trophy Black Buck or Trophy Texas Dall. 4 Axis doe. 6 Whitetail doe. Total of 25 animals. Protein and cottonseed fed year round. 200” to 300” genetics released each year since 2006 (Main Ranch 1,350 acres) and 2014 (North Ranch 1,550 acres). Long term leases available. More options for more animal quotas. Other exotics are available for additional fees.
